The Campus Coordinator is to lead the volunteers and ministries of the campus and to ensure the consistency of ministry at the campus with the vision and values of LifeMission Church. The Coordinator is essential in coordinating, communicating, and caring for the teams of volunteers at the campus and in helping build and recruit new team members. They would also be instrumental in preparing the Worship Center so weekend teams can serve those in attendance.

Principal Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate weekend services at the Olathe Campus with other ministries and Olathe Campus Pastor
  • Coordinate and support Olathe First Impressions Weekend Serve Teams 
  • Train and on-board serve team members
  • Schedule serve teams through Planning Center
  • Enter information into Rock as needed.
  • Communicate and care for First Impressions Serve Teams including Hosts, New Here table members and Mission Grounds teams.
  • Maintain, stock and operate Mission Grounds.
  • Order and maintain ministry supplies through Central Office
  • Coordinate serve team members to assist with baptisms, communion and special events during weekend services.
  • Maintain communication brochures, posters and cards on Olathe campus in cooperation with the Communications department.
  • Work with the Frontlines Manager on the budget process. 
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

  • Sit/stand for long periods of time
